Repaired my refrigerator completely and efficiently and was reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend them.

I called Jeff because our fridge was acting up and making a crazy sound. He was able to make it out the same day, diagnose the problem, get the part and repair it all in one day. He was prompt, responsive, and kind. I'm so grateful for the prompt, courteous service. The work was priced properly and I'll call him again if anything goes wrong. Updating this in August 2024 to say that we have since needed to call Jeff to fix our oven and our dishwasher, and he has made them work like new and been a pleasure to work with. Very responsive, gets the job done right, and his prices are very low.

Jeff with JP Appliance Repair assisted us with cleaning and sanitizing our refrigerator/freezer after a food spoilage incident. Jeff was very knowledgeable, dependable and kind! It was a very difficult job, but Jeff persisted and spent extra time to make sure everything was remediated properly. JP Appliance Repair has come out to fix my washing machine and because of the straight forward and honest work I called them again when I had issues with my dishwasher and fridge. Jeff came out each time and was very professional and courteous.

If I could give 6/5 stars I would! I had just had a repair done on my washing machine by a different company and later that day noticed it was leaking water all over the floor. I scheduled for JP to come to fix it, mistakenly thinking I was contacting the company that just did the work. After I realized the mixup when Jeff arrived at my house, instead of leaving, Jeff took a look at the machine anyway, fixed the issue without charge and even let me know about signs of wear inside the machine and things to look out for. Because of that kindness, professionalism, and skill, I'll definitely use JP for all repairs going forward and highly recommend based on this experience.

Jeff was fantastic I thought my 22 yr old jennaire oven was shot I was wrong. Simple fix by Jeff and I was cooking dinner in no time. He not only figured out the issue he also cleaned decades of use from the glass radiant burner leaving it looking like new. Highly recommend.
